It's hard to argue with the value of a product like Google Docs, which continues to innovate while still being free. Compare it to the monstrosity that is Adobe CS5 at $2600 and you will see why I hate the hegemony of companies like Adobe and Microsoft overcharging us for incremental bloatware without ever really delivering innovation or value.
