My wrestling with agile tools and methods continues with no end in sight. The challenge seems to be getting buy-in from stakeholders that this is the way to go/process to use. Waterfall is so ingrained in our psyches that its almost impossible to get anyone to think different about the process. But we press on. This is a good article focusing on the visual aspect of Kanban process flow. People often mis-define Kanban as a methodology, like Scrum, when in fact it is a toolset. There is a lot of good reading material out there right now on this tool and on other Scrum and XP solutions. There is also no shortage of tools for managing these methodologies. Next challenge is finding a way to integrate Kanban into Basecamp. Anybody doing it out there? Any suggestions?
